Your de-identified responses will contribute to a control group analysis of educational outcomes. Thank you for your participation and support of CME outcomes research.
Gift cards: We send digital gift cards to the email address you supply in your survey response. CME Outfitters will reclaim gift cards that are returned as undeliverable or are not redeemed by December 31st of the year issued, or by 3 months after issue date, whichever is later. Allow 4 weeks after survey completion for email delivery of gift cards. Please contact outcomes@cmeoutfitters.com for more information.
