Clinical Pathways in T2D Care: Overcoming Inertia, Implementing Innovation

Fellows Scholars Program

Enduring Activities Hub

Welcome to the CME Outfitters (CMEO) enduring activities hub for Clinical Pathways in T2D Care: Overcoming Inertia, Implementing Innovation. This hub has been developed with the purpose of sharing educational content from an intensive, 1.5-day live immersion program on clinical aspects of T2D, with a focus on co-occurrence of obesity with elevated A1C and other cardiometabolic risk factors, applications of incretin therapy, and intensification strategies and therapies in the management of T2D.

This program, held in December 2023 and September 2024, offered fellows, final year residents, PAs, NPs, and clinicians who have completed their fellowship within the last 1-2 years the opportunity to interact with nationally recognized T2D experts in both didactic and small-group settings. CMEO has assembled this dedicated website to provide expanded access to the educational content for fellows who were unable to attend the live meetings or for those who did attend and would like to revisit the education.

Below, you will find the endured presentations from the December 2023 program, with relevant content updates. You will be prompted to answer a few quick polling questions as you enter and exit each presentation to help CMEO assess the educational impact. We appreciate your participation in these polling questions.

You can also submit questions to the faculty related to any of the content presented using the link at the bottom of the page. We hope you find this education valuable and impactful to your future practice.
