After completion of this Adaptive Learning OnDemand activity developed by Dr. Anita Afzali, learners will be able to manage and maintain patient vaccinations, assess comorbid illnesses, perform appropriate and regular screenings for cancer, identify mood disorders, and effectively provide age-specific preventive care for patients with IBD by using current guidelines and a team-based approach.
